ComCare™ Service
ComCare Service Programs provide additional customer support and product services for Sonetics equipment beyond the original manufacturer’s
warranty coverage. ComCare Service Programs are limited to eligible products purchased by businesses and other organizations in the USA and
Canada (including governmental entities) and are not available to individual consumers.
Overview and options
ComCare pricing varies according to length of coverage, speed of service and support, and product group. Return shipping time to customer is valid
for USA only. ComCare Service is available only to the original product owner and is not transferable. ComCare must be purchased with the product
or within 90 days of product purchase. The full statement of ComCare Service coverage is printed on the Certificate of Coverage shipped with each
covered product. Standard terms are available on our Web site. Coverage is available for 3 or 5 years, and runs concurrently with the standard
warranty period. Both the standard warranty and ComCare coverage start on the original date of purchase.

2-day (or faster) repair time;
2-day (USA only) return shipping to customer;
Same- or next-day technical support during technical support hours; and
25% discount on non-warranty repair or service.
